Extensions - Search Widget
The Search Widget allows you to use OpenScout search functionalities from your own Website, from Social Networks or professional LCMSs.

Extensions - Moodle Blocks
OpenScout provides two extensions for the LMS Moodle which allow users to access the OpenScout search directly from the Moodle environment. With the "Full Search Block" users are able to search and browse results within the Moodle environment. The "Simple Search Block" has a minimalistic search interface that redirects the user’s search to the OpenScout Portal into a new browser tab.

Extensions - iOS App
To enable mobile users to access the content provided by OpenScout we have developed the OpenScout App for iOS. The application is compatible with iPad and iPhone devices updated with the latest versions of iOS mobile operating system. The OpenScout App provides a minimalistic interface for users to quickly query the OpenScout repository. The iOS App has been submitted to the iOS App Store and is currently under review.

Repository Integration
OpenScout interconnects a large pool of open content repositories to form a federated content base on which the OpenScout services operate. Check our FAQ to learn which content you can find on OpenScout and how you can integrate new repositories.
